The past few days I've had a mounting health issue, centered around what is most likely problems with my problematic heart.  I have an appointment for tomorrow morning.  If I don't survive the night, let me break from stereotypes and declare that I regret everything

The appointment was made by calling the medical office's 24-hour number tonight,

I mean, I suppose if you really badly wanted to it would be cruel of me to demand that you refrain, but I would greatly prefer for you to both survive and be glad you survived.

I do plan on kicking Death in whatever bony groin-oriented recess he has if I should see him. You can be sure that if I don't make it, it wasn't by my choice.
