Summary: In which Yesung got tired of waiting and Kyuhyun thought they'll be breaking up.

"Kyu, I can't wait anymore..." Yesung semi-whispered, his voice soft and calm.
Kyuhyun froze, taken Yesung's words. He blinked several times as he stared at the image of his boyfriend at his laptop. He didn't know how to respond.
As far as he could remember, he and Yesung were in good terms. Not a single fight or argument for months. Kyuhyun did his best to be a good boy for his Hyung. Has Yesung found someone better than him? Or he finally grew tired of their long-distance relationship?
Kyuhyun had been studying at Kyunghee for two years now, forcing him to live on his own, away from his family and his boyfriend. Before he went there, he was really anxious of how Yesung would respond. But to his delight and relief, Yesung told Kyuhyun that nothing will change when he goes, he'll still love and support the younger.
And he proved it.
They never let the distance between them hinder their love for each other. Either they call or send messages every day, without fail. Yesung also sent letters filled with stickers (and sometimes, photos) to him so he could cheer Kyuhyun when the younger was buried alive with projects, reports, and exams during the 'hell week'. And they also have video call sessions, which they do at least twice a week, like what they're doing right now.
"Kyu?" Yesung called, frowning when the younger didn't respond to his statement.
"Why?" Kyuhyun croaked.
"Why?" mirrored Yesung, "I want to-"
"Did I do something stupid or wrong Hyung?" Kyuhyun asked, voice shaking, cutting off Yesung's answer. "I swear I didn't do anything to make you angry. I finished all my projects and reports on time. And I have stopped drinking too much with my college friends when you told me to. I also lessened the time I play online so I can rest, just like what you said," he rumbled, franticly thinking of anything to say to his lover, "And I-"
"Kyuhyun calm down," Yesung shushed, "I just said that I can't wait to-"
'...break up with you,' Kyuhyun's mind supplied, increasing the fear of his heart. He couldn't imagine a life without Yesung. "How can I calm down when you're at the verge of breaking up with me?" He shivered visibly, not minding that Yesung would view him pathetic or pitiful.
"What?!" Yesung asked, surprised with what Kyuhyun blurted out.
Tears brimmed at Kyuhyun's eyes, "You said you can't wait anymore! You'll be breaking up with me! You-"
He sobbed, unable to continue speaking. If he was with Yesung right now, Kyuhyun would be clinging to his Hyung, never letting go.
The last time he cried like this was during his first week at college. He handled everything well at school and he gained new friends and acquaintances. But, he was homesick. He missed his room, his crazy friends, his loving family, and his Yesung.
Yesung called him on his first Saturday there and he found himself crying over the phone, telling how much he missed all of them, how much he missed Yesung. And the next day, Yesung was knocking at the door of his room all the way from their hometown, looking rushed, but still breathtaking. He bought stuffs that will make Kyuhyun at home. So, Kyuhyun tackled Yesung, happy and thankful for having such a loving boyfriend. He cried, again, because of overwhelming happiness.
But this time, he wept at the thought of Yesung leaving him. Can he live without Yesung by his side? They have been together for 4 years, after Kyuhyun's constant stalking of Yesung. Kyuhyun was certain that no other person can make him as comfortable and special as Yesung. How much he hoped Yesung felt that way too. But in the end, it's just wishful thinking on Kyuhyun's side.
"Kyuhyun," Yesung called, comforting and soothing, "Look at me."
Compelled, Kyuhyun looked up, his face stained with tears that continued to flow out of his eyes.
"I'm not doing that," Yesung assured, eyes shining with love and affection, "I never thought of breaking up with the person I love the most."
He was smiling so sweetly and cutely, while Kyuhyun was a sobbing wreck. How much he wanted to smack the older for that.
"T-Then what do you mean by you can't wait anymore?!" Kyuhyun felt the tears running down his cheeks to his lap. He sobbed and let his hands cover his tear stained face from his lover.
"You're really so cute and precious baby Kyu," Yesung chuckled and Kyuhyun felt throwing his laptop. How could he have a sadistic boyfriend that can laugh while he cry? "What I mean by that is I'll no longer wait for you to come home, I'll be going there to be by your side."
"W-What?" Kyuhyun looked up, confusion dominating his eyes but relief flooding in.
"Kyu, you're supposed to be smart," Yesung teased as he chuckled again. "My parents allowed me to go there and live with you, given that I will be hired at the company near your school that I applied for..."
Yesung continued speaking but Kyuhyun stopped processing the words after the words 'live with you'. He felt tears falling his eyes again. Seriously, Kyuhyun was not fond of crying, but when the situation involved Yesung, his emotions were one heck of a rollercoaster ride. Yesung only lets Kyuhyun feel extreme emotions. And, that was one of the reasons why Yesung was very special to him.
Kyuhyun covered his face and mumbled something.
"What's wrong now BabyKyu?" Yesung asked, concerned and teasing at the same time. Knowing Kyuhyun too well, he already anticipated this kind of reaction.
"I hate you so much," Kyuhyun sobbed as he wiped his runny nose with his shirt. He stared at Yesung's grinning image at the screen and added, "At the same time, I love you so much too."
"I know. I love you so much too," Yesung proceeded to kiss the screen of his laptop and created kissing sounds. He was amused to see Kyuhyun's fake disgusted expression. "I'll send you the message about my plans, ok?"
"Yah, end the call now. I still need to study," Kyuhyun wiped the tears off his face, trying to act like nothing happened.
Yesung poked his tongue out before saying, "I know brat! Well, goodnight! Don't sleep too late. I'll gonna end the call no-"
"Wait Yesung!" Kyuhyun interrupted.
Yesung raised his brow in acknowledgement.
"I-I want to thank you for everything... For always loving me no matter what the consequence, for doing everything you can to make our relationship work, for being my absorber, for being a kind and caring lover... really, for everything... Thank you Yesung."
"You're welcome Kyu. It's my pleasure," Yesung smiled, "Anything for the person I love the most. Sleep early, ok? I'll call you in the morning to check if you got your lazy ass out of the bed. Goodnight! I love you my baby Kyu!"
"I love you too Yesung. Goodnight," Kyuhyun said and smiled.
Before Kyuhyun can end the call, he heard Yesung said, "I'm actually recording this conversation. Let me give you a copy. I'll post it online too for the whole world to see."
"KIM YESUNG!"

For Kyuhyun, their love didn't stay the same, their became stronger. The only permanent thing in this world was change. Kyuhyun knew that. He also knew that his love for Yesung will never remain the same. Instead, Kyuhyun's love for Yesung will increase each passing day, until the end of time.
