Is that recipe forreal with the measurements??? How much pumpkin in one can, specifically ounces? This sounds easy to make, even for me (I don't bake).
And I don't understand how this cake doesn't need oil/butter or egg yolk and still manage to taste good. Does the pumpkin make it taste weird with chocolate? Sounds like a weird combo.
The pumpkin acts like the egg and oil. It's bizarre, but it works. And it's not the seasoned/sugared up pumpkin like for pies, it's literally just pumpkin, doesn't have much flavor.
