Injection Question

Ok question time...does anyone who injects (Humira in my case) notice a different reaction depending on which side you inject ( Read more... )

possibly a difference in dexterity at the angles in question, causing the needle to go in at a different angle?

I thought that but I use whatever hand is the side I happen to be injecting so I make sure I go in straight...hrm. next week is "left" week so I'll make a point of getting my husband to watch and see if I do something funky with it and just don't realise!

The directions say to inject in a different spot each time. Try doing that and see if it helps. You can also keep a written "map" or take photos of where you inject to help you remember so you don't over-use a single spot, which can lead to soreness and skin reactions for some people.
