I've been freaking out about the weight I've been gaining back over the last few weeks. I really need to get back to a regular workout routine and start watching what I'm eating, again. I have started running again which helps, but that won't be enough. I'm the biggest yo-yo ever when it comes to weight. I have to relose that 10 lbs. from earlier
