My hamstrings are incredibly sore right now. I started a new 4 week workout routine that I found in Fitness magazine on Sunday and it is seriously doing bodily damage of the good kind. I've modified it a little for myself but basically it's two days of light weight training, two days of a 20 minute circuit involving marching in place, jumping jacks ( Read more... )

I might have to check out that new fitness regime of yours. Also, my legs NEVER slim out and so I have chunky calves and gross.

Well my thighs slim out... my calves are still chunky, but they do still have the curved part as they meet my ankles so I"m ok with it.

I'm ridiculously vain about that for some reason...
