My hamstrings are incredibly sore right now. I started a new 4 week workout routine that I found in Fitness magazine on Sunday and it is seriously doing bodily damage of the good kind. I've modified it a little for myself but basically it's two days of light weight training, two days of a 20 minute circuit involving marching in place, jumping jacks
