So I've been noticing more and more talk of "true fans" and people who just pose or are "hipster nerds" or whatever and it just kinda bothers me on all sides

I think the only worthwhile definition of a "real fan" is somebody you can meet randomly, and a vague reference to something spawns an in-depth discussion about something they are not obviously into.

I still can't express just how happy it made me to watch you play FF9. Like, its seriously weird to say, but warm fuzzies everywhere!! (fact FF9 was the first FinalFantasy I legit played all the way thru, just makes it such happy nostalgia)
