I do not like camping. I do not like all the planning and organising that is required. Planning meals that will keep me from being hungry, that can be cooked on a campfire or better yet eaten cold, can be packed into a cooler and will not go bad if our crappy cooler doesn't work. I like camping. I don't however like doing all the daytime stuff you mentioned above when I have to also have a 3 week old baby with me the whole time!..makes for some special planning... which I have to start doing tonight I think if I'm going to be anywhere near ready for the weekend...lol

Yeah, I can definitely see how planning around a little one must at least tripple the planning :)
