I know my sensible friends think many pagan forums are a bundle of self-love, ego stroking wank. This is because you have not seen some parenting forums. If a poster writes 'What do you think?' or 'What's your opinion?' they actually mean, "please agree with me, or at least if you don't keep your mouth shut and your principles firmly locked up too

Surely choosing whether to breastfeed or not is the mothers choice. I mean, if formula milk is sufficiently good for women who can't breastfeed, then it is sufficiently good for women who don't breastfeed.

I agree it is the top choice, but I gave up when Ellie was 3 months old because I went back to work and she preferred the bottle by then. As long as some breastfeeding is done (apparently the first week is the most important) then thats fine!

Also, do NOT, under any circumstances, join any parenting LJ communities. they are all batshit crazy!
