What is a good topic for a blank verse sonnet? I've never written a sonnet before. I'm terrible at coming up with topics for random poems. I like to have a prompt. Should it be serious, or comedic? Descriptive or witty? Deep and symbolic or just good enough to get by? I feel that it should be good, since its a sonnet and all. Sonnet is just
