Glad to hear that Jamie is recovering well and that he's coming out of the bad times, and am very much hoping that you get the outcome you need with your ortho appointment.

Just submitted my app with your referral to the examiner, I think. My computer had a wobble half-way through, but I've now got an email thanking me for applying. I don't know if I'll get accepted because there didn't seem to be an international option and to get it to process my application I had to click on a state. Hope it goes through okay and that you get the $50.
