*cries* I just wrote a long-ish proper review, and stupid LJ/computer/universe ATE IT! Here we go again, only abbreviated as it's 3am and I'm soooo tired.

“You’re a lot like him,” she said finally, the words nearly a whisper, so he had to strain to hear.

“John?” he asked, surprised. She shook her head.

“Kyle.” The name hit him hard. “Sometimes it’s like listening to a ghost.”Excellent angst there

Oh, I know exactly how you feel! I was up until 1:00am posting, because LJ ate Part 2 right after I finished getting everything all formatted (on the Mac, LJ makes me redo every paragraph break and italicized word.) But I couldn't go o bed with only the first part up. *kicks LJ*

And thank-you! I LOVE the angst between these two characters. I could see no real 'happy ending' for this fic, not at this stage of the game. Only more angst! LOL.

And YES, I absolutely plan for a next time. ;) I was sort of already thinking about how I'd set it up as I wrapped up this time.

Everything else was just wonderful - angsty, realistic, funny, heartwrenching, and hot. Beautifully done. :)
