My coworker and I went to get ice cream at Baskin-Robbins the other day. He got two scoops--one of the Republican flavor (Red State Crunch), and one of the Democratic flavor (Whirl of Change). You couldn't tell them apart, except that Red State Crunch had nuts in it.

True story.

They really should have had different types of nuts in each. Maybe almonds in one and cashews in the other. Then it would be perfect.

A completely valid suggestion. Maybe pistachios, as they're green nuts?

As an aside, I got this really good trail mix the other day. It was walnuts, almonds, pistachios, and dried blueberries.
