don't forget on the shit box one... if you go in an reno it with a lot of $$$$, you might not necessarily get it all back if the neighboring comps don't hold up.
thats why I am going to ask the real estate agent if it would be a good idea or not. since it is so small, it would only take a few thousand to do it the way I want (I can do nearly all the work myself...cause im awsome like that)...and I have a buttload of credit at best buy...and I think I still have a Home Depot card (never used it...so I don't know if its still good...haha)
I am not sure...the listing did not have a size...but since it is a townhouse I am guessing around 700 sq ft.
The small one just keeps sticking in my head though...because it really does look like crap (canary yellow paint...they even painted over all the light switches)...I would not have a choice BUT to get crackin on making the place look good (and a 375 a month mortgage sounds really really cool...LOL)
I wanted to fight my way out of that room...and jump over the old guy eating pancakes at 4 in the afternoon on the quilt covered couch (people still lived there) and run screaming out the door...LOL...
but when I have though about it...maybe it would not be such a bad place with some paint and a wine fridge :)
