Right. Well things around the house are in flux. Frankly we are having to work on the surround on the tub/shower. The good news is that we may be able to buy a premade surround in sections and put it in. Keep fingers crossed, but this home owner crisis appears to be at least in the realm of doable

Watch the shower surrounds that you buy in sections man. we had one in the rental house and the seams that you Silicon are a pain to get clean looking.

I know. There was a calk line at the base of the tiles and the tub that was a mess. Mind you the problem around there likely is the mold out of the wall.
