SAD.

I've really been lazy in my job search, but today I looked at austinjobs.com and statesman.com. I applied for mostly bank jobs, though that's not really what I originally wanted. It's so nice to cook pasta and not have to worry about cleaning mouse poops out of the pan beforehand.

People in South Texas are panty-waists. The North half of the city is completely closed down, the major networks report Winter Storm 2007 news at least half of each hour, and most everyone here is hunkered down, staying in doors all day. My stuff arrived a day early, and I'm almost completely finished unpacking everything. My room's going to look nice with everything put up, and it's cozy already. In Austin now. My new house is better than I expected. We have new everything, practically. I can't believe, with location and quality, that it's the same price as all the crap we looked at earlier.
