Because it wasn't fair. The computers were supposed to let us go back and recheck answers, compare questions, et al. Instead, mine kept freezing up. Additionally, the teacher made several errors on the test, including marking wrong answers as right in the machine so if you picked the right answer, you were counted wrong.
If I fail a test and it is my fault, I will totally accept responsibility and work damn hard so the next time I won't. However, when circumstances and errors on the part of others contribute to a bad grade, I will fight for whatever solution I consider fair.
