So, true story:

I went to 7-11 to get a flat of bottled water and there was this homeless man sitting there. He says, "Hello beautiful. Do you have any change? I'm really hungry." and I said, "No I only have a debit card, but since you called me beautiful I'll buy you a sandwhich and something to drink."

So I got him a sub. And a 40.

You're right. It was a 24 ounce! I checked today and it seems that FL will not sell 40s, but they will sell 24, 36 and 44 ounces. xD Weirdos.

Damn. I thought you found a loophole in Florida law or something. I miss 40's ;_;

I was told it was because of the reference associated with gang violence and such. Probably cause they're so damn cheap. St. Ives 40s are only $2 in PA.
