I may disagree with people over a number of issues but at least I don't cut them out of my friends list simply for expressing their opinions. I'd only do that if it was a personal attack directed at myself and so far there has only been one person I have had to delete because of that sort of thing. So I have to say I am a bit annoyed at some people

Personal choice; take umbrage all you like but I've no energy or patience with the people saying they will party and piss on graves. Debate and opinion is fine but I have seen some truly vile stuff with no hint of compassion or charity.

So my saying "Ding dong the bitch is dead" is up there with the death parties and truly vile stuff etc? I happen to think that Thatcher did some truly vile things in her day.

As I said, I don't take umbrage over people expressing opinions to the extent I delete them.

Quite so. Having detested the woman and her policies for 30 years and more, I see no reason to voice any sentiments of 'respect' now she has passed on. Indeed, the amount of pious cant on the TV and radio channels has, if anything, hardened my resolve to do nothing but damn her memory.
