You know, we presume it is obvious; but there are some people who might not fully grasp what the concept of "Abstain" means.  As such, I feel morally obligated to discuss the nature of Abstention; and how it might impact certain votes.

According to Mirriam Webster, it is "to refrain delibirately and often with an effort of self denial from an action

Well, DUH! of course it means Yes! This is why all the kids wear abstinance rings, because they are into saying YES to Sex :D
