Sounds pretty shitty. I guess best case scenario she fucks up someone elses stuff- and then the landlord kicks her out. Otherwise, I would look into getting some type of big safe, or maybe a heavy duty truck of some sort that you can lock your computer and anything else of value in when you arent around.
