So, I've been cleaning up Maiden Name rows. And there are always exceptions to the rule, and when I had them, I went and asked Trish how to do them. And she told me how to do these exceptions, including women with hyphenated last names, who would obviously have an odd situation with their maiden name

No, Janet's really nice, she's my supervisor, and while she does have a tendency to stumble onto problems with the system, I'm beginning to see that more as a problem with the system rather than Janet.

The fault here is either with myself, for not being clear enough with Trish, or with Trish for changing her mind after the fact....
