why i hate baseball writers
quick post while avoiding going to class...apparently bob ryan said that the red sox have major pitching issues and, in his extremely well-informed opinion, jon lester may be ok he's still "concerned" (or something) about josh beckett. what?? this, combined with that asshole article by dan shaughnessy about david ortiz, is just pissing me off. (memo to josh, jonny, and especially big papi: you guys need to be really awesome over the next few weeks just to prove the baseball writers wrong. especially dan shaugnessy.)
it's weird because they just swept the jays so i should be in a good mood (although i kind of like the jays but still)...i guess the press is just annoying me. don't they have better things to do than hate on everyone? such as...report what is actually happening? i.e. WINNING??
anyway, sorry about that, i just thought felt like i had to bitch for a little while...but hey, at least they're winning, right?
