So why does everyone think I can do this except for myself? Everyone else is like 'yeah go Rhonda' and I'm just 'ugh I dunno'. Lack of self esteem? Lack of self worth? I dunno.

I'd say it definitely sounds like a lack of self-esteem. Whatever it is, you can do it if you can find a way to start believing in yourself. :-(
