i lived in toronto from september 1994 to june 1995. or around there.
i moved straight after high school. with my punk rawk boyfriend. we lived in a house full of people. he broke up with me for a dirty activist bitch. i didn't know anyone. i was miserable and 18 or 19. i knew some people moving to ottawa so i moved there.
when i lived in toronto i worked at noah's natural foods on bloor(?)

it does!
it's foam with an adhesive backing available at any hardware store for cheap.
it's good for window and door frames to prevent air leakage.
ask the high school kid working the counter.
