The Union last night was a mad house. My shift started at 8. On Sundays things don't usually start picking up until 10 or so but it was heaving right from the start. So much work lately. The Union Bar is doing a St. David's Day promotional where all the whiskeys (including bourbon which I think is stupid) have been replaced with Penderyn single malt Welsh whisky. Roedd Gruff Rhys yn anhygoel. :-) Gruff Rhys was amazing. I thought the show was going to be in the Great Hall but it was in Theatr y Werin, which is much smaller. Being in the front row was great and Eve lent me her camera to take pictures. Gruff played 12 songs, all Welsh, only half of which came off the new album.
