Dude! There's even more at their website, including DanRad's reaction to the book:
Were you glad to find out that Harry, Ron, and Hermione all survive? I was, actually. Weirdly enough, I think that's the bravest thing she could've done. I was convinced for about two years that Harry would die.
Why? I just felt it was the only way she could end it. But then, within the last six months, it suddenly occurred to me that that was far too obvious. She had to find a cleverer way of doing it. And indeed she did. With Ron and Hermione, I really liked the epilogue. I think a few people might've been not so keen on that. But I actually really, really liked it.
DUDE!! That's awesome! I've been waiting to hear ANY quote from the actors and I love Dan's quote now, after learning that Jo did talk to the trio ahead of time. Maybe she did "trick" him a bit? It sounds like he didn't think much beyond the "you get a death scene" part - at least not for a while. ;)

Yes, HP has been an incredible source of inspiration!
I still can't believe how beautiful and powerful was the last installment of the HP Saga.
Deathly Hallows is a very beautiful ending to the whole series
Now, we will have JKR interviews and the upcoming HP Encyclopedia to give us new clues about the fate of our beloved characters
Somehow, it will be great to know as time goes by new details about the future of the main characters. It is like we are seeing them growing up right before our eyes.
I reread DH once. And I am in the middle of my third reading. Of course there are some chapters that I reread five times, I think

Yes, you're right. We do still have some things to anticipate, especially if she really does decide to write the encyclopedia. A book jam-packed with facts will be such a delight! My fingers are *crossed* that after she takes her break, she'll get working on that within the next few years! :D

I've reread a few chapters or passages quite a few times already too. I can definitely see reading this for a third time after I finish my first reread. Isn't it wonderful to want to explore this book THIS much? I knew I would like it but didn't anticipate loving it as much as I do

Totally O/T, have you been following the "plan" for House S4? What do you think? There are 5 ep. 1 pictures up on house_daily. I'm not as worried as some but yes, I'm already throwing myself back into *other* interests because I refuse to face the fact that HP, for the most part, is over. :( Movie spoilers will be a nice treat hear and there but I'm not ready to face the finality of it all... yet.
The cover's not spoilery, is it? My mother's putting off DH until she finishes rereading HBP.
I've kind of lost track of House. I even missed about the last third of S3. :( But if Heroes is as good this year as it was last, I can see me throwing my fannish self into that for a bit. And of course, waiting for that Potter-encyclopedia!
You're welcome! Hopefully you can get hold of a copy this weekend! (I'm not really sure when it comes out on the newsstands. A RL friend also wanted to go out and get one too.) :D
Naturally I jumped up and down and squeed like a fangirl!
I thoroughly enjoyed...though sadly it reinforced to me that this is truly the end of an era...and yet I can't let go *clutches Harry James Potter and hangs on for dear life*
