glad about your ankle! get well soon! and then you can be up and running! I tried running with an ankle guard. whilst it helped the ankle, i couldn't feel the base of my foot by the end of the run!
I believe that means that you have an ankle guard that is too tight. Maybe you want to try something larger? I did change my ankle guard to a bigger one before when I felt it was too tight. It did help stop the uncomfort.
Hey thanks! Unfortunately, it's not getting much better, cause I think I overstrained it one day when I felt I was not recovering fast enough. Sigh... it hurts on very hot days and rainy days now... That doesn't sound very good to me... And I still can't run properly... putting a lot of pressure on my right foot...
