Since mini-kilts have not caught on, and there is no longer much uniformity in skirt lengths, we need a new way of predicting economic conditions

Probably need to exclude Goldline adverts to get useful data.

More a regional indicator, but I use billboard turnover as an indicator of economic slowdown and recovery.
