[I have marked? friended?] you now and am going to return to read more in the future from my friend! Also [the [???] colors in the theme] go well with the blog in my modest opinion."
Usually such comments are followed by a marketing/spam pitch of some sort like "I think you would really like this OTHER web site." I am surprised this comment did not.
