the lesson of the jellyfish

Today I was presented with jellyfish.

A chandelier made of unconnected firefly lights, in the overall shape of a jellyfish.

A class where it was taught how to pull jellyfish from sand.  A big, gentle guy helping to pull this squashy jellyfish out of sand - I get the sense that once it is pulled out, it can be restored, it will live.  Also beautiful

Water is more than the Jelly's element. The Jellyfish themselves are almost entirely water, the rest just a scant organic smear somehow held together. Jellyfish are water given life.
