I guess they say "never say never" for a reason. (Apart from the fact that, in saying that, we in fact say "never" twice.) I never did get my ears pierced, and I never did go to college, but... now we can have driving in common?

I was telling Dom last night about you getting your Ls, and this exact discussion came up -- how you're doing all these amazing things you said you never would. I am so proud of you m'dear! You'll be driving me all over Newcastle when I visit next!
