So I was walking to the Flag building this morning, and i saw this random kid walking by the IC with a bunch of balloons with tags on them... I tried to walk faster so I wouldn't run into him, but he caught up to me. He handed me a balloon and was like, my name's Jack, happy valentine's day! And he handed me a balloon. haha yeah... i saw him about an hour later, still handing out balloons... he got some other girl and she was fighting the balloon.. it was great
