Moving away from friends is tough. I know the feeling a bit. You just gotta get out there and make friends.

Join an interest/hobby group, so you'll at least have something in common.

Glad to hear things are coming around for you Texas. It seems the new hip place to go to, or come from as I have been meeting alot of people moving from texas.

Yes. It seems a lot of folks shift between California and Texas. Would kinda like to be in California until this weekend. We are about to be plastered by a snow storm.

Me too. I was worried I wouldn't make many friends the first few months. But it has worked out pretty well so far. *fingers crossed* When are we gonna get you to Texas so I can get that hug? :D
