There's Netter's "Atlas of Human Anatomy" (illustrations), Stone and Stone's "Atlas of Skeletal Muscles" (models), Clemente's "Regional Atlas of Human Anatomy", and Rohen, Yokochi, and Lutjen-Drecoll's "Color Atlas of Anatomy" (cadaver photos!). Plus my text book of "Clinically Oriented Anatomy" by Moore and Dalley. Fun stuff!
