アレキサンダー = Alexander (don't ask why)
大 = Great
王 = King

As for the nudity I wish I could show more. Alexander is a bit of a show off as we know. Hephaistion on the other hand is a modest boy. He even wears longers chitons when Alexander is dressed into the revealing mini-skirt ones xD
