Eunhyuk/Hyoyeon | Scrambled Egg
“Don’t forget to bring your lunchbox, Hyukjae!”
He winces at the sound of his mother, but decides to bring it along with his backpack. It isn’t that he hates his mother cooking when the fact simply tells that he is her number one fan. It’s just those annoying teasing coming from his friends at school that he can’t simply get along with.
“Ow! Is that your smiling face on the fried rice, Hyukjae? What a cute sonnnn~”
He rolls his eyes and continues to eat the whole lunchbox as he tries to ignore those guys.
Seriously, mom, even the name itself is scrambled. Why would it appear to be so girly like this?
“I think it looks cute.”
A sound he has often mistaken as an angel’s voice suddenly appears. Lifting his head up, he finds a pair of beautiful eyes are staring at him.
“Your mom really loves you a lot, you know? Just ignore those jerks, they’re just jealous because their moms didn’t even have time for them.” She lets out a brilliant smile, eyes still staring at his lovely scrambled egg.
He nods silently, still unable to respond and lets the girl disappear with her giggles echoing inside his head.
You should know that I love you, mom. He thinks with a stupid grin plastered on the face.
Onew/Luna | Luna
Luna is never a person who likes being set up on a blind date. That’s what she thought until she finds herself sitting on a nearby café, face to face with a young man who might has the brightest eye-smile she has ever seen.
“My name is Jinki. Lee Jinki. But my friends usually call me with Onew.”
She nods and slaps herself mentally for mirroring his smile awkwardly. “I’m Sunyoung. But you can also call me Luna.”
“Luna? As if the moon?”
She smiles again sheepishly as his eyes form a pair of crescent moons, "Yes, as if the moon."
Kyuhyun/Sooyoung | Excuses
“Did you see my dictionary that I used yesterday?”
“It’s on the shelf. The second row.”
“I can’t find my socks. I thought I left them on the floor.”
“I washed it. How many days do you think you can use those poor socks? It’s been six days.”
“God, I forgot to mail the corresponding letter due to--"
“I’ve done it for you. Isn’t it the pink envelope with an ‘URGENT’ note attached in it?”
Sooyoung smiles widely and moves closer to give him a bear hug, “Aigoo Kyuhyun oppa, what am I without you??”
Kyuhyun lifts an eyebrow and thinks that maybe this is the right time, “It’s okay, Sooyoungie. I ate your rainbow cake. It’s delicious, where did you buy it?”
She blinks five times and her smile is soon replaced with a frown. Kyuhyun realizes that it still isn't the right time.
