[Ever since she had come to Mayfield, she had only seen him in civilian or work clothing. Seeing him in a suit of armor that looks very similar to the armor that his copy from her world had worn is a shock. It makes her wary of him.]

Are you even Lancer?

[Perhaps he was another copy of some kind?]

Does your armor have any special functions besides being decorative?

[Because it does not seem very protective.]

And what of Tohsaka? Did she receive anything useful?

Rin? Haven't talked to her yet, so I have no idea what she might have gotten back.

Hopefully, she received something useful. Even if she did not, I believe that it would not matter much this time. After all, I received my magic circuits back. I will be able to help you protect Tohsaka now, instead of relying on you for protection.

[At the very least, now that she can fight for herself, she would not distract him from his objective of protecting his Master.]

It'll be great to fight alongside you again. [He smiled honestly--they really didn't get to do nearly enough of that as far as Lancer was concerned.] I'm glad to have you at my back.

I will take your word for that. Now, we would just need to find a way to control your master so she does not do anything overly rash.

[Tohsaka was a good fighter when fighting on her own, but tended to hamper team strategies with her stubbornness.]
