Process of revamping myself I guess.

I didn't want to mention it at the beginning because I didn't know if I would stick with it, but I've lost ten pounds the past two months. Can't say it's an accident. I've been watching what I eat lately, plus I'm trying to save money, so I don't eat out as often. Exercise is still at a minimum, though I'll bust out with crunches every once and ( Read more... )

I like iced green tea or jasmine with some sugar (Splenda mostly because I'm lazy and don't want to pour twenty spoons of sugar).

Do you take a daily multi-vitamin? A generic store brand big bottle is pretty cheap.

If you brew anything with the sugar (or splenda for less calories) in it then it will be cheaper; iced teas will last forever too. But go patty! Try exercising a little even if it is just for like 10 minutes a day. That will raise your energy level.

Num num num, milk tea is good. Hey, I want to go to the gym when I get back, so if you get a membership lemme know and I`ll keep your ass going to it!! You staying at UH? Their gym is supposed to be nice, and we pay for it anyways.

Also people have been pushing the whole eating breakfast on me lately since it helps with weight. I don`t remember if you eat breakfast or not though. Apparantly waking up and eating chocolate and cookies is bad for me D:
