I've checked out one of carnivals they've ravaged.  There was a scattering of petals that created a sort of path, but the trail stops with a single orchid, laying within an alley behind one of the bars.  There's a chance the two criminals dropped it while fleeing the scene.

Is the flower worth having Repede scent, Captain?

Eh, if it was anything else, yeah probably, but I don't think even Repede will be able to get much of a scent off of a flower.

Plus I think he's a allergic to 'em...
