so the most important thing is happening, you are really enjoying the activity, now it will be easier each day to get in shape.
you probably are already on it but, dont eat fried foods, pizza, pastries, or other junk, in a few months if you *really* avoid eating such things and keep running and training, you will definetly notice a change, also a good tip, tomato and grape fruit are two very good things to consume for the body's metabolism and weight control system, they help you get rid of fat and such.
specialy grape fruit, drink a glass of grape fruit juice once a day or whenever.
(grapefruit is the pink orange thing, maybe I got the name wrong in english,.its kinda sour, anyway, that thing)
