My brother and I went to watch "Children of Men" a little while a go. It was a great movie, but that is not the reason it is in this post. As I have said before I have been running and exercising a lot more lately. On the day that we went tow watch that movie the theatre was rather full, and it was raining heavily outside. so the most important thing is happening, you are really enjoying the activity, now it will be easier each day to get in shape.
you probably are already on it but, dont eat fried foods, pizza, pastries, or other junk, in a few months if you *really* avoid eating such things and keep running and training, you will definetly notice a change, also a good tip, tomato and grape fruit are two very good things to consume for the body's metabolism and weight control system, they help you get rid of fat and such.
specialy grape fruit, drink a glass of grape fruit juice once a day or whenever.
(grapefruit is the pink orange thing, maybe I got the name wrong in english,.its kinda sour, anyway, that thing)

Grapefrut is so yummy but interferes with LOTS of common medications. I used to drink it everyday and also took a prescription med every day, and it turned out the two were major enemies!

Off topic, but I really wish that we got Little Britain here. I love that show so much. I don't know names but the guy in the wheelchair (your icon) makes me laugh until I cry.

I've been drinking a hell of a lot of green tea, it does the same thing. But I have been trying to find some grapefruit juice around here, which is harder than I thought it would be.
By the way, your LJ icon is very cool!
