I made some more caps and wrote translations. Here ya go:
Tegoshi "magic"! Tegoshi: "Believe!" (In English) Pulling out the chair under Shige, he stays floating. Or something. XD
In the background, Pi is sitting on the floor, Ryô is lying on the wooden bench. Of course, it's Ryô who suggests that Tegoshi test the magic by sitting on top of Shige.
The chair under his legs goes...
... and his legs fall down. Ryô reprimands him to stretch them out, and Shige obliges. The second chair goes...
... and that is too much!
Tegoshi: "I miss." (For some reason, he speaks English.)
Massu: "I miss you."
Err, no, Massu, that was the wrong one. XD Tegoshi takes over the camera. In the background, Ryô is playing guitar, wearing just his bathrobe, and Massu is doing situps...
... while sucking on a honeysweet.
Tegoshi: "Massu, a comment please."
Massu: "I-am-ea-ting-honey! Hehehehe." LOL
Koyama who is still sick talks about how nice all the members are to him.
Koyama: "They're overflowing with love. I'm sick, but I'm so happy. I'm being healed by them. Ryô-chan who's always so strict tells me to take it easy and sit down. I was so touched. And Shige who is so loud, Shige who I dislike so much, asked me: 'Are you okay, Koyama?' I'm so happy."
Doing their pep talk, Koyama: "I'm still sick, but I'll do my best. Oh!"
Shige: "Don't come too close!"
Pi, striding up to Koyama and hugging him tightly: "If it's your kind of virus, I'm strong against that!"
Pi releases him, turns around - and starts coughing his lungs out. XD
Koyama: "EH! He's weak."
Koyama: "So I'm being teased even though I have a cold... Terrible, isn't it."
On stage, Shige is asked by Koyama to say the final words for Hiroshima.
Shige: "Ah, but it's so difficult... *pauses* Arigatou gozaimashitaaa!" Everyone laughs - that was too simple!
Audience: "EEEEEEH!"
Shige: "What do you mean, 'EH!'"
Ryô: "We'll definitely come back with these members, I think, so let's have fun together again!"
Fukuoka. Ryô is filming Pi who is sitting opposite of him.
Ryô: "Where did I leave my bag?"
He puts down the camera and goes to fetch it.
Zoom in on Pi's lips.
Ryô: "Those lips just make you want to kiss them..."
God, I still get all giddy at the sound of his voice when he goes "Aaaah..." *red-eared* That could be straight from a porn movie!!
Having arrived at the venue, Koyama shows the notes for the concert in Fukuoka. There are a lot of changes because the stage is much, much broader than the ones they used before.
Everyone is studying the notes during rehearsal.
We see various scenes during rehearsal, where they ask each other dancing positions and doublecheck with the notes. During that, Koyama is really hyper - his cold is finally gone.
Koyama: "It's because the love of the members healed me. Being loved... has its difficult times, too..." LOL.
According to Shige, this is the last scene of Terminator II, enacted by Tegoshi:

During the concert, Koyama explains that since it's been a while that they've been to Fukuoka, NEWS want to communicate with the audience. So from a drawing box, he will draw seat numbers, and whoever is chosen gets to ask someone of NEWS a question or ask them to do something.
Koyama: "M block! Line 6! Seat 18!"
Koyama: "Oh, she has a gachapin uchiwa, which means she is a fan of?"
Girl: "I like Ryô-chan!"
Ryô-chan in a cutsey voice: "Arigatoooou!"
Girl, on the top of her lungs, into the mic: "KYAAAAAAH!
Ryô-chan jerks back in shock. "Woah! Shock! Thank you! What's your name?"
Girl: "Rina desu!"
Shige tries to get the girl to ask Ryô to do an impromptu gag, but Rina just says: "Ryô-kun, please do something funny!"
Ryô-chan: "Something funny? Okay. Just wait a moment."
He turns to Shige: "I'm going to beat you up, really!"
Shige just laughs.
Ryô explains that he isn't good at doing impromptu gags (I think, he's mumbling here, so I don't get all that he says). So Rina asks him to throw her a kiss instead.
Ryô: "What, wait! Throwing kisses is what I'm most embarrassed at doing!"
Ryô: "Well, I don't have a problem to do it to the audience, but I hate doing it to you guys!"
Koyama: "Just do it at a place where we can see you better."
Ryô: "Okay. AH, it's so embarrassing!!! *turns to Rina* Can you see me?"
Rina: "I can see you!"
Ryô: (again in a cutsey voice) "I'm over here!"
Rina: "KYAAAAAH!"
Ryô: (yelling) "CAN YOU HEAR MY VOICE?"
Rina: "I can hear you!"
Ryô: (in a sexy voice) "Sugoi... It's like you're right next to me!"
(In the background, Koyama is laughing his ass off.)

Ryô: (speaking very emotionally) "If my voice reaches you, then that means... my kiss will also reach you."

Ryô: (cutsey voice) "Here I go! Please catch it ne!"
(Koyama in the background: "Is this a lunchtime soap or what?")
Ryô: "Accept my love!" (throws kiss)

Shige looks as if he's sulking. XD On stage, Koyama says that it's still April 8th, so it's not Pi's birthday yet, but they will pass midnight on that day. "Yamapi, turn around! Happy birthday!" The juniors bring in a giant birthday cake.
NEWS and the audience sing "Happy birthday", and Pi looks really happy. He takes out his earpieces to be able to hear clearly. Afterwards, he blows out all the candles and thanks everyone. Seriously, he looks so happy here! He's now turned 22. Asked for a comment, he says: "I've turned 22 now, but like before, together with the other members, I'll do my best to continue loving you all! Thank you!"
Pi eating a strawberry from the cake (poor Pi, that's a strawberry with cream, and he hates cream!):
Next (insert me squeeing here) - we get to see Pi and Ryô-chan in the bath, naked! Of course, you don't see anything indiscriminating, but still... just the knowledge that they're not wearing anything! *nosebleeds*
Koyama explains that now everyone has taken a bath in the onsen. Shige is relaxing in one of the comfy chairs:
Koyama, in a small voice: "Kita! There he comes!" Pi steps in from outside. Koyama warns him that he is filming, but that he's taking care so that you only see his upper body.
Ryô comes in. Pi: "Careful, Ryô."
Koyama: "It's okay, you don't see anything."
You see Ryô discard his towel. ♥_♥
Koyama, realizing he's almost caught Ryô's backside, "Uwah, that was close!":
Sorry that the screencap is so blurry - this is Pi jumping up! XD But Koyama's reflexes are good. Too bad... XD
Next, Koyama is returning to the room - but he has forgotten his key. He starts yelling for Shige to open the door repeatedly, but gets no answer. Finally, he presses the door bell, and Shige - a bit pissed off - opens.
Koyashige's room again!
Koyama calls the lobby to ask for an extension for Shige's phone, so that they can play some music. Shige flops down on the bed. Wah, kawaii! *is in love*
Shige: "Tabai!" (I think he meant to say yabai, but it came out wrong. But I'm not sure, it could also be a pun I don't get.) What follows is so cute that I get cavities just by watching it - Shige kicking his legs back and forth and generally behaving like a four-year-old, while Koyama babytalks to him. *dead*
Koyama: "Let's make a promotion video."
Shige: "What promotion video?"
Koyama: "Tabai Shige."
The doorbell rings. Koyama wonders who that might be ("I want it to be someone from the members!") and takes the camera with him, only to film an unsuspecting hotel employee who brought the extension for Shige phone.
The next scenes are so hilarious, it's hard to capture them in words and pics! Koyama, after pretending to fly an UFO which is really an ashtray: "And all of a sudden, Koyama Keiichirô's and Katô Shigeaki's room changes into a dance floor!" But Shige turns off the music right when Koyama starts dancing. XD They do "Miso Soup" (on the picture, Shige has just broken down in pretended despair because of the lyrics):

Shige singing into the phone (all fitting to the lyrics). Not to be topped by Koyama's, um, hairdryer, Shige brings out the big guns!

Next, they try to shoot a PV to Pi's "Daite senorita" (take 4 finally goes somewhat as it's supposed to):
Shige leg! And everything gets out of hand. XD After Koyama has hugged his pillow to death (according to the lyrics), Shige reappears wearing the wastebasket on his head:
And then... Koyama: "We made too much noise, so now we're exhausted."
Koyama: "We went into the onsen, so now we feel really good and can sleep well."
Next is Sapporo. It's April 15th, the last day of the tour. There's still snow outside. Massu with a face mask, but in a t-shirt. Ryô is wearing his glasses.
Shige demonstrates that it's cold. Koyama: "It's spring, but here it's still winter." The members are preparing autographs. Pi with his giant sunglasses:
Ryô playing the keyboard on stage - sounds good!
Shige and Massu talking. Shige muses that it doesn't really feel as if it's been one year of no activities. Massu adds that there often were times when the members didn't do things together.
Shige: "I'll feel lonely when this is over..."
Pi explains that he's about to test the flying right now. And that he gets dizzy because of the many turns. He takes the camera with him, and I totally understand that he gets dizzy! @_@ This is worse than practicing pirouettes in ballet!
While flying, he makes up new lyrics for "Daite senorita", which basically go "Turning around, turning around, on April 15th, doing nothing but turning around from nine in the morning onwards, why am I turning around so many times, someone please stop it~"
I don't know what kind of drugs he did that morning, but I can fully appreciate that he's Jin's best friend, looking at his antics. XDDD
They rehearse "Boom Boom Power", and Pi doesn't stop singing when the music is turned off - he sounds good. Maybe because of Pi, Ryô starts running down the ramp and singing on the top of his lungs. XD Boys.
Koyama and Tegoshi practice the choreography.
Koyama: "Ah, I got it!"
Shige: "He got it. For the last concert!"
Shige wears this pullover a lot! I have several paparazzi photos of him at uni where he's wearing it too.
In the dressing room, Koyama and Tegoshi start harmonizing. Woah. I didn't know Koyama had such a strong voice. He doesn't always get the pitch, but Tegoshi is simply amazing. *gets goosebumps* The others participate, too, until they reach a certain high pitch. As if to compensate, Ryô starts singing loudly afterwards, after imitating Koyama's grimacing.
Since it's the last concert, we get to see the beginning of the show and parts of the major songs. But that goes without words, so I'll just leave it at that. :)
The third part of the CD contains the food special - each member prepares a special feast for the others, depending on the town they're staying in. But I already saw caps of that on news_jpop, so I won't include it here.
I so hope someone's going to sub this! It's just soo funny, and often the situations are what's funny, and that is hard to put into words. I absolutely loved what Koyashige did in their room! XD
