Dear Brian,
I'm not sure if you are even using this so called "live journal" anymore. But I wanted to say hello, and ask you what the meaning was behind "goodbye_superhero" if there is any at all.

Best Retards,
joey

Joeseph, this was posted in feb. and here it is july and i just found it. Since I delete my livejournal I check others occasionally and found yours and saw this post. This is quite a fascinating story, I know. I think they should make a movie out of it. It's that good.

The meaning behind goodbye superhero? Ah. You are the first person to ever ask me this. It was a line from a comic/novel I tried to write freshman year. It was called The Adventures of Space Monkey and Captain Brian. I think that's what it was called. The idea failed horribly because space monkeys have no place in literature. The line goodbye superhero, it, at the time, represented my feelings toward my own abiliities as a writer. So that's that.

This is unnecessarily long. And if you don't have comments e-mailed to you, you will probably never see this. Also, I am going to call you sometime.

Peace.
