on the bright side, it's on the west coast of the island... so it probably won't be all that damaging here... unless it creates a tsunami... and then instead of going west, all that water somehow gets pushed up the georgia straight.

Haven't they been saying the big one is coming to BC's coast for almost all of our lifetime..?
One day...maybe...but there's no point in worrying.

yes, one day. but things get more worrying when scientists say "it will be next week." anyhoo, this article wasn't about the big one anyway. but still.
