Sugars not so bad, its the main energy source of yr brain, its the form it comes in you have to worry about... i find eating fresh fruit all the time stops me from craving unhealthy sugar and infact lowers my tolerance for it.
I admire your quest for healthier produce, I recently started a diet (not really a diet, actually, more of a lifestyle plan) & I have cooked something to eat every single night for two weeks nigh-on. Usually I'd just buy some shitty thing in a plastic pack from Tesco but I'm now buying loads of fruit & veg & healthy meats to consume instead of pre-packaged nonsense. I'm feeling lots better & look slimmer too :) I love the idea of this lemonade, I think I'll save it for future reference & make some seeing as I have a bunch of raspberries in the fridge!
