I find that even if I put on silly things like "make dinner", "walk Lady", "do dishes" and I get to cross them off, it gives me a sense of achievement and I'm spurred on to do more :)
Oh definitely. Sometimes I make lists & I literally put everything I can think of that I need to do in the day (I have a separate one for the Big Things I need to do - at some point) & I love crossing things off the list. It makes me feel a bit crappy if I don't do it though, haha.

I have been making tonnes of to-do lists too, it helps me remember things but it doesn't always cure my procrastination, ugh.
