I was thinking about this the other day. How can people appreciate their own lives if they can take another's life so easily? If they really know the joy of being alive, how can they take it from another? I guess they mustn't, and I think that's a horrible way to exist.
I was going to say Morrissey? but then I thought it was a little too political for him perhaps, so I looked it up & found it was Propaghandi which makes more sense. Although I did not realise they were vegans, you learn something new everyday!
This song confuses me: it combines two things that are incredibly dear to me (Morrissey! Veg*nism!) and yet... I can't stand the song. It doesn't add up! I do love the album of the same name, though; I think it might be my favourite of theirs, although it's so hard to decide. On a semi-related note, I just got an email from a friend of mine who is going to give me another Smiths tattoo as soon as I can visit. Woo!
