Silk's new line of almond milk (original, vanilla and chocolate) are now one of my favourite dairy milk alternatives. They're easily the richest and creamiest available, and when I want a sweeter non-dairy milk, this is the one I go for. Tonight, I made an almond milk steamer to wind down with for the evening

Silk makes almond milk!? Man, am I ever smacking myself in the head for stocking up on Almond Breeze ;)

Is it the same price as their soy milk? I can't wait to try it out!

I still do Almond Breeze. Blue Diamond is a slightly more acceptable corporation based on a number of factors (namely workplace diversity), and they're smaller. I'd usually rather support a smaller company.

also, I don't like how Silk has already had a near-monopoly on the nondairy milk market for years, and now they have to take over the soy-free nondairy milks. Unfair! Silk=s(oy m)ilk!

one day I will stop being lazy and make my own almond milk so I don't have to worry about which companies are less evil than the others.
