why would it be so bad to rid your workplace of a repulsive predator? i hope you don't mind me sharing my thoughts with you about this, but when people who care about you hear about something like this, our inclination is to walk in there with pruning shears, looking for Ali's offensive lips (or..)
You are a rare and sweet human being, and you worry about offending others, but girl you have at LEAST as much right to a safe, happy world as pricks who think that because they have one, they can get away with being one. Quietly and candidly, tell your boss.
(god, i hope Ali isn't the boss..)
