The link doesn't go to a Plato page, just an image.

IMDB is weird about livejournal links. I *think* it's because Livejournal is passing through a third party site so as to slurp up things like amazon referrals which don't already have a referral tag. (Except sometimes they mess up and remove other people's referrals instead), and maybe IMDB is feuding with that third-party company. If you follow the instructions on the image (and shift-reload instead of just reload) then you are no longer going via the link, and it seems to work.
